Handfishes a Walking Fish Species

Handfish a walking fish species, there's so many bizarre and weird rare animal in this world's, one of them is this handfish. this kind of fish has a hands that they use for moving, unlike the other fish species this fish was not swimming but walking!

Fishes are strange enough as they are, but what about fishes with hands? Weird! The pink handfish, as it is called, is a part of the handfish family, and is last seen in 1999. It is now one of the newly named species of the handfishes, among nine others. This very odd fish doesn’t swim, and that explains why it’s located at the bottom of the ocean. It uses its “hands” that are supposed to be fins, to walk around. Tasmania, an Australian island, is the place where the nine fishes have been found, to be completely precise, around the city of Hobart. There's another unique and rare fish species such as this fish with human like teeth. and this prosperous Golden Fish in Taiwan.

It is probably the place to be for a handfish, because all the 14 species of this kind are found nearby southeastern Australia. The little pink creature is only 4 inch large (10 cm), and the scientists don’t know that much about its behavior because it has been poorly studied. Until now i didn't get many information about this handfish. and here's the pictures of the handfish the walking fish species.

Tegenaria Agrestis Horrible Spider Bites

Tegenaria Agrestis Spider - Horrible Wound after bitten by spiders. Well you can see the picture in the left showing you an injury after getting bitten by this spider. It's really awful and disgusting. so beware of this hobo spiders (Tegenaria Agrestis).

Most people do fear these little creatures called spiders even if some of them are harmful. Still there are several that are dangerous, and one of them is the hobo spider from North America, also known as Tegenaria Agrestis this spider species are all tan/brown, has a large fangs, fairly small,, that belongs to the group of funnel web spiders. What’s special about this kind of spiders is that they create a funnel-shaped silky web and then they will wait at the end of it for other insects to get stuck into their trap. The danger of this spider is that its bite will cause serious local wounds and pain, and this will further cause to tissue death in the areas of the bite. In these pictures you can see how the wound is developing after the spider bite.

The ironic thing is that hobo spiders try to avoid contact with humans because they’re afraid, but still people get bit because the spiders are to be found around human habitations, and they can accidentally get crushed by parts of the human body.

Sea Pigs World's Ugliest Sea Creature

Sea Pigs the ugliest sea creature ever - To the common man sea pigs may look like sea creatures produced from a cross between a pig and a slug. To some others it appears to be human fingers growing out of the creature’s mouth. But scientifically, these ugly sea pigs are scotoplanes or sea cucumbers belonging to the genus of the deep sea Holothurians.

These Holothurians are marine animals that inhabit the deep sea floor. Some other examples of deep sea marine life include Sea squirt, sea stars, sea slugs, corals, clams, sponges and sea urchins. The Sea pigs may look like slugs. Their body wall skeleton is clearly visible as spiny C shaped rods and are clear cucumbers measuring2-4 inches in length. They have tentacles and large tube feet. The tube feet may appear like two antennas, while the other tube feet are arranged in a row around the rim at the bottom.

Sea pigs thrive best on the abyssal plain of the ocean floor and behave like slugs do above sea level. The sea cucumbers feed on deep ocean mud and thrive on the organic material present there. The sea pigs feed by using their tentacles to push the food into their mouth. They tread deep sea waters using their tube feet. Other sea organisms present here are starfish, sea urchins, clams and other members of the echinodermata family.

The sea pigs feed and reproduce in the depths of the ocean and form the majority of deep sea marine population. The sea pigs are not considered as a threat to humans and they are not an endangered species

Mills and colleagues from the New Zealand’s National Institute of water and atmospheric pressure collected 30,000 deep sea animals including the sea pigs during a marine census of southern Antarctica. The sea pigs are available in abundance all over the world except the northern part of the Atlantic Ocean and eastern part of Pacific Ocean, and in central and South America.

Here's the picture of the World's Ugliest Sea Creature named Sea pig.

Future Floating Village in China Sandu'ao

Future Floating Village in China, Sandu'ao. Located in China’s Fujian Province, just 30 kilometers from downtown Ningde City, Sandu’ao is one of just few settlements built on water. It’s basically a huge self-sustaining floating village, where inhabitants need not set foot on dry land to ensure their survival. Making use of homemade and purchased boats, they make their living fishing and ocean farming. believe it or not Sandu’ao has its own floating postal service, convenience store, police station and even a series of restaurants.

After being devastated by aerial bombardments, during the Japanese invasion of World War 2, Sandu’ao went through a decade of rebuilding and development and is now China’s largest cultivation base of yellow croakers and various other seafood, including shellfish, shrimp and giant prawns. The sea farming is carried out in tens of thousands of cages and fishing nets that seen from a distance make a memorable sight many call “plantation on the sea”.

Just like most Chinese villages, Sandu’ao features modest houses made of wood, the only difference is they are built on sturdy pontoons made of bamboo and wood, wired to plastic barrels and pieces of PVC, to ensure buoyancy. Because in which it’s placed is completely cut off from the open sea, no waves threaten the peace of Sandu’ao and the pontoons simply sway gracefully on the calm waters. This floating village concept in Sandu'ao could be a great project, well i wonder when this project will be finished. i can't wait to visit this Future Water World.

An important source of seafood for the entire country, Sanu’ao is also becoming an increasingly popular tourist attraction for travelers eager to experience everyday life on water.
